All of our accommodations are pet-free and non-smoking.  

We offer free wireless internet access secured with a password.

Our lodging  does not have telephones, but has good cell phone reception for AT&T and Verizon.

We do not offer daily maid service.  Let us know if you would like to

exchange towels or need an extra supply of paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. 

The Main House only has a 3-night minimum.

Only the studio has a view of June Lake from inside the cabin.

We have quiet time after 10 pm with campfires out by 10 pm.

To avoid a $50 cleaning fee, guests are responsible for taking out their own trash and washing their dishes before leaving.

 

 


One-Bedroom Cabins

Winter Rates:  $95/weeknights (Sun-Thurs); $130/weekends (Fri & Sat)

Spring/Summer Rates:  $150/night

Bedroom has a queen bed. Beds are made with sheets (flannel in the winter), blankets and pillows (most are down).

Living room have full-size futon couch (folds out, bedding provided), arm chairs, gas log wall heater, ceiling fan,  cable TV with DVD player (also plays CD music, and plugs in for MP3 and games)

 

Dining table and 4 chairs

Kitchen has 4-burner range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, dish soap

Bathroom with shower. Towels and bar soap provided.

Sleeps maximum 4 guests (of any age)

 

Knotty pine interiors give rustic cabin atmosphere.

Large grassed communal picnic/barbecue area overlooking June Lake.

 

 

 

Two-Bedroom Cabins

 

Winter Rates:  $110/weeknights (Sun-Thurs); $160/weekends (Fri & Sat)

Spring/Summer Rates:  $180/night

1st bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Beds are made with sheets (flannel in the winter), down blankets and pillows.

Living room have full-size futon couch (folds out, linens and blankets provided), arm chairs, gas log wall heater, ceiling fan,  cable TV with DVD players (also plays CD music, and plugs in for MP3 and games).  Dining dining table has 4 chairs.

Kitchen has 4-burner range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, dish soap

Bathroom with shower. Towels and bar soap provided.

Sleeps maximum 6 guests (of any age)

Knotty pine interiors. Cabins located outside large grassed communal picnic/barbecue area overlooking June Lake.

 

 

"Main House” Two-Bedroom

Living room is spacious and has a full-size futon couch (folds out with bedding), arm chairs, gas log wall heater. cable TV with DVD player, (also plays CD music, and plugs in for MP3 and games) and a CD stereo system.

1st Bedroom has a queen bed. Beds are made with sheets (flannel in the winter), down blankets, pillows and quilts.

2nd Bedroom has two twin beds and a TV with cable, and DVD player.

 

Kitchen has 4-burner range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, dish soap. Large kitchen, big enough for the whole crowd!

Dining room is very large and has dining table that expands to seat 6.

Bathroom with shower, towels, bar soap

 

Sleeps maximum 6 guests (of any age). This unit has a 3-night minimum.

Knotty pine interiors with a real cabin feel. About 700 square feet. Large grassed communal picnic/barbecue area overlooking June Lake.  This unit stands on its own.

  

 

 

 

 

Studio Cabin

Winter Rates:  $80/weeknights (Sun-Thurs); $115/weekends (Fri & Sat)

Spring/Summer Rates:  $130/night

The studio stands alone is the only cabin with a view of June Lake from inside the cabin!


Sleeps maximum 2 guests (of any age)

Studio has a queen bed made with sheets (flannel in the winter), down blankets,  pillows and quilt.  Cable TV with  DVD player (also plays CD music, and plugs in for MP3 and games). Wall heater. Kitchen has 4-burner range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, dish soap.

Bathroom with shower, towels, bar soap.

Lake Front Cabins has:

Large outdoor picnic and barbecue area, campfire pit, propane barbecues, charcoal/wood barbecue, fish cleaning area. The ten cabin rentals surround an area with grassed lawns with picnic tables and chairs, off the street and away from parking areas - safe for kids and great for large groups and families. There is a great view of June Lake from this picnic area. We also have a library with books, games and playing cards.  Walk to the June Lake Marina, our neighbor.

We offer free wireless internet access for your laptop. A password is required. If you do not have a laptop, there is computer access at our local June Lake Library (Tues, Thurs and Sat afternoons), Trout Joes Coffee Shop and at eastsierra.net (on Main Street).

June Lake Village has:

June Lake Marina is across the street. A short 2-block walk to the June Lake Village you'll find restaurants, coffeeshops, deli, tackle and ski shop, general store with groceries, hardware, gift shops, pottery gallery, post office, candy store,  internet cafe, artists gallery, flower shop. You can also walk to Gull Lake Marina with a nearby park with playground and firepit. June Lake also has a public library and a thrift store. View our local bald eagles.

June Lake Loop has:

Drive the beautiful June Lake Loop and see Gull Lake, Silver Lake, Grant Lake and Mono Lake. Hike our mountains the many trails around the Loop, birdwatch (see our spectacular mating pair of BALD EAGLES that nest beside June Lake), bicycle the loop or mountain bike the trails. Numerous trails from easy to difficult to enjoy the beauty and views of the June Lake Loop. Summer months offer horseback riding.  Winter offers June Mountain for skiing, snowboarding and spectacular views of the Loop.  Groomed trails for cross country skiing and  snowshoeing nearby as well as toboganning/sledding areas.

Of course our #1 sport - FISHING brings you to the streams, rivers, lakes of the Loop for flyfishing, boat fishing, tubing and shore fishing.
